Our control panel (cpanel) allow you to download (to your computer) a zipped copy of either you entire site [your home directory, databases, e-mail accounts (including the passwords and messages still on the system), FTP accounts, add-on/sub/parked domains, mailing lists] or one of the previously mentioned parts of your site. The backup is done under a specific link and this backup file can be used to restore the account on any cpanel server, if required.
